# Get Subtasks

> Retrieve all subtasks of a given task

# Get Subtasks

Retrieve all subtasks of a given parent task. Subtasks are created by setting `parent_task_id` when creating a task.

## Request

### Headers

  UUID of the parent task

Returns an array of task objects. See [List All Tasks](/api-reference/projects/list-tasks) for full field descriptions.

## Common Errors

### 401 Unauthorized

**Cause:** Missing or invalid API key

### 403 Forbidden

**Cause:** The authenticated user is not a member of the organization

### 404 Not Found

**Cause:** The task does not exist or belongs to another organization
